NIJ Level IIIA is worn by most policemen. This is the most acceptable vest in de industry with regards to safety, cost and its ability to be worn as a concealable vest.

Level III and IV require ballistic inserts and are thus heavier and also more expensive. The plates will provide better blunt trauma protection as well as the ability to return fire upon impact. These vests are highly desirable under machine gun threats and high velocity rounds.

Question 3 As a new customer, I want to know the payment term between us. 

  Normally the following 2 terms of payment are acceptable:
1). 30% deposit by T/T , and 70% by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight against shipping documents copy e-mailed to you.
2). For small order, Cash or T/T for full amount in advance.
